Smokea will SMOKE all of your money- RIPOFF

This company sent me a broken item. I contacted their customer support and they told me to work with the manufacturer because this is a warranty issue.
This is not a warranty issue its a FRAUD issue. I purchased a brand new item. They sent me a broken item. When I started a return request - they expected me to pay a $5 shipping charge to ship back an item they sent to me ----- which never worked.
Stay away from this company they are fraudsters!

Shop somewhere else!!

they pose as an "international" company, scamming people around the globe. they do not have any phone to call, and their "customer support" act like they care, when in fact they just give you run arounds. AVOID at all costs!!!

Stay away from here!

Ridiculous 'customer service' that does nothing. DHL the company that they work with, was not even able to reach them to solve the issue with my order. They just hide behind typical 'policies' and say they are not able to do anything about it. And I had payed extra for expedited shipping as well. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Also do not get fooled by the product 'reviews' left on their website, they choose which reviews stay up there. The whole experience was dreadful and I would STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I hope they are enjoying the piece I payed $150 for.

This company is a rip off

This company is a rip off. I would never buy anything from them again. No phone contact for defective products and their online customer service is unacceptable. I purchased a defective pipe and they offered me a partial store credit at first and then a less than a dollar glass screen. Worst customer service I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Scammers. Please don’t order from them. Take your money to a company that will come through with your product. Greenweedmart.com is such company as they even offer refund if you’re not satisfied with the quality but that won’t ever happen since their products are of the best quality plus their delivery is so discrete and safe. Check out greenweedmart.com

Worst in the business.

Had an order with them that supposedly "shipped" on 12/21/20. According to their tracking link it's in Colorado somewhere and hasn't moved even though they said it shipped on the 21st. It's now been 2 weeks.

After one week of nothing after I…

After one week of nothing after I ordered I contacted them and was told they have no idea what happened to my order and said they would get it out right away and I'd receive a tracking number shortly. Well that was yesterday and haven't heard anything. I hope this isn't normal business practice for them. I don't think I should have to beg for items I've already paid for

Stuff arrives in a timely manner with standard shipping.

They are a dirty company because they get you to buy the product with shipping options you can pay for where you think it’s going to arrive at the time expected without warning you of their disclosure at first which is already there before you buy so that way they can back themselves up if you don’t receive their package at all and the problem is majority of times a lot of people don’t think about reading long disclosures at first because they just want to buy the product but when you first buy the product you must read their disclosure at first without warning because in their policy if you do not receive the package then they are not responsible and have the right not to give you a refund and because of that I now file a claim which still stays stuck in pending along with my order still being stuck in transit this is a nightmare!!!!!!

I have ordered here many times and had good luck, but my last order I never received the day the tracking said it was delivered I watched the mailman put my mail in the box no packaged. When I e-mailed Smokea I was told it to early to file a claim and later to late. They say they have prof of delivery but I do not know to who or where ,so then filled a complaint with my card company and I got a e-mail accusing me of fraud for the amount of $26$ and something. They said they would alert all other companies of my fraudulent activities.
Never did get my order!
They unsended the e-mails but I made copies.
